Marketing - No big words from me

There are so many definitions of the word marketing.

I define it as "Everything we do to get busines from our customers". Simple as that.

This starts with you and your product. Not just the 'items' or 'services' which you are selling,
but the whole shooting match - from your premises, your staff, location, service levels and
price point. Everthing has to be the best it can be or else it will negatively affect your
marketing strategy.

It's no use shouting about a business which is poorly run, that will only increase the rate in
which people find out how badly things are done.

So is your 'product' where it should be? Good, then let's start with a coffee and then I'll show
you how, by using a solid, well thought out marketing plan, I can help you get more business.
