A chain with broken links

The Broken Links That Are Costing You a Fortune

Sep 22, 2025

When Your Coaching Business Feels Stuck (But It’s Not You)

It’s 10pm.

Dinner’s done, kids are in bed, and you’re sitting at the kitchen table, staring at a blank screen.

You’ve coached all day, held space for your clients, followed up, replied to DMs and emails, and now…

You're knackered, and you’re trying to write another social media post.

Because you know you have to stay visible, keep the pipeline open, and keep this business working.

But inside, you’re losing the will.

You’re drained.

You’re doing everything you’ve been told to do, and it still feels like nothing’s changing.

Engagement’s down, sales are slow, and the growth you were expecting?

Nowhere near.

So you start asking the hard questions:

  • Is my offer off?
  • Am I just not good enough at this?
  • Why isn’t this landing anymore?

Sound familiar?

Then listen to me, and I mean really listen:

It’s not you. And you’re not alone.

This is something I see time and again, even with the biggest coaches — the ones doing great work, changing lives, and showing up every day.

But behind the scenes, the systems have started to fail.

And because you're doing everything yourself (or trying to), you can’t see it.

That crushes me, because I know how hard you’re working.

I know what it takes to hold it all together — to coach, to lead, to grow, to pay the bills.

You’re doing the right things, but the system behind you isn’t supporting that.

Here’s what I often find when I step in:

  • Broken links in key emails
  • Sales pages that aren’t connected properly
  • Old automations still firing (or not firing at all)
  • No welcome flow for new clients
  • No clear route for someone to move up into your next offer

And it’s the same at every level:

You could have 500 followers or 500,000. £5K months or £100K launches.

I’ve worked with coaches at every stage — some with huge audiences, brilliant content, and incredible reputations — and they’re still leaking revenue because of this stuff.

Because broken links scale.
Clunky user journeys scale.
Missed opportunities scale.

The bigger your audience, the more money you leave on the table when your systems aren’t right.

So if growth has slowed, sales have dipped, or engagement feels flat…

It’s not that you’ve lost your edge.
It’s that your system isn’t keeping up with your success.

This is where the quiet costs creep in.

You keep creating. You keep posting. You keep doing your best to hold it all together.

But with just a few small things missing, everything feels harder than it should.

And the worst part? You start to doubt yourself — when it was never about you to begin with.

So what now?

Let’s keep it simple.

Here are 5 things you can check this week that make a massive difference:

  • ✅ Do your key links (buy now, book a call) actually work?
  • ✅ Are new clients getting anything automated when they sign up or buy?
  • ✅ Do your emails or posts actually lead somewhere with a clear CTA?
  • ✅ Can someone go from follower to buyer in less than 2 clicks?
  • ✅ Have you tested the journey like a new client lately?

And if it all feels a bit too much?

You’re not meant to do this alone. You’re the coach, the leader, the face of it all.

You shouldn’t have to be the tech person as well.

This is where I step in — to find and fix what’s quietly broken, so you can get back to doing what you do best.

If you need help with this, drop me a message and let’s have a chat.

Final thought:
You’re doing the work.
You are good at what you do.
Let’s just make sure the system behind you is too.
