Who do they think you are? 🤔
Someone just told me: “I don’t know what you do.”
And believe it or not, that’s actually a good thing.
They don't know what Kajabi is, so they don't need me.
Job done.
Because I’m not here to appeal to everyone, I’m here to speak clearly to the right people - the ones I can help, the ones ready to take action.
And if someone doesn’t get what I do? That tells me they’re not my audience - and that’s totally fine.
Because we don't have time to be faffing around with people who aren't for us.
We don’t need more noise, we need clarity.
That starts with a strong, unmistakable value proposition. One that speaks directly to your ideal client and filters out the rest.
Your profile, your offer, your content - they should click instantly with the people you’re here to serve.
Not sure if you’ve nailed yours?
Here’s a quick check:
- Would your dream client read your LinkedIn headline or homepage and say, “That’s exactly what I need”?
- Or would they keep scrolling, confused about what you actually do?
If it’s not crystal clear, you’re wasting time talking to the wrong people, but more importantly, you're letting those dream clients slip through the net.
And that's on the list of bad things.

The 15-Hour Work Week. Truth or Myth?
Let’s find out…
If you get your coaching business dialled in, it’s absolutely possible.
Not from day one, not without putting in the work, but if you build the right systems, you can eventually reach a point where three focused hours a day are enough.
Ultimately, it comes down to how much money you need.
Let's look at a £100K/year scenario:
Say you coach 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday, at £150/hr:
- That’s £450 a day
- x 5 days = £2,250 a week
- x 48 weeks = £108,000 a year
Or maybe your business is more leveraged:
Your course sells for £250 with a support membership at £47/month
You need:
- 250 course sales a year
- 150 active members
And that’s your £100K business - with way more time freedom.
So the question is: What do you do with those 3 working hours?
- Serve your dream clients
- Create high-value content
- Build long-term assets
But more importantly, and this is the biggie…
What are you doing with the rest of your time?
Because it isn’t about working less, it’s about living more:
Surfing, hiking, travelling, reading, creating - whatever lights you up.
That’s the real goal.
Build a business that gives you time freedom, not one that robs it.

Our Kajabi Life: Dispatches from two Brits building a business and a life in Spain.
Sitrep:
- Still searching for our new home in Cádiz.
- Still being ghosted by Spanish estate agents.
- Still seeing listings disappear faster than a cerveza on a hot day.
Welcome to house hunting, Spanish-style:
- You think you’ve found the one…
- You call…
- You get told “sí, sí, still available”…
- You drive 90 minutes…
- It’s been sold for two weeks.
Classic.
And then there’s the paperwork, the beautiful, baffling bureaucracy.
We’ve now got five folders, three translators, and an unofficial degree in “how things don’t quite work over here.”
But you know what? We’d still choose this life. Every time.
Because for us, it’s not just about finding a house, it’s about creating a life that gives us more freedom, more fun, and more surf.
The search continues. The dream’s still alive.
All whilst working from cafes with the strongest coffee and coldest beer.
Can't be all bad.
Viva the Kajabi life.
