It’s Q4. You’ve got 90 days. Make them count.
Let’s not kid ourselves – October to December flies by.
And if you're still “thinking about” building that course, membership, or community - time’s nearly up.
But here’s the good news: You’ve got three months to finish strong.
👉 Nail your product
👉 Get your offer right
👉 Start marketing before the Christmas chaos
No drama or burnout, just a solid Q4 game plan that sets you up for more freedom in 2026.
Let’s talk about how.

The 3 Moves to Make in Q4
1. Pick the product you will finish
If you’ve got too many ideas floating around, choose one.
Courses, memberships, offers – they all take time.
Choose one to finish. Not perfect - just launch-ready.
🛠 Tip: Done beats polished. Use the 80/20 rule and build a MVP.
2. Build your marketing runway now
Most people wait until January to promote. But the best Q1 launches start building trust in October.
📌 Start posting.
📌 Start teasing.
📌 Start sharing behind-the-scenes.
Even if you’re not ready to sell yet, start warming up your audience.
3. Block the time – now
Life gets hectic. You’ve got events, kids’ stuff, holidays.
If you don’t plan around it, your product won’t get done.
📌 Block time each week.
📌 Hold it like a client session.
📌 No excuses.
✅ Pro move: Batch your content, schedule emails, pre-record modules - now.
Future you will thank you.

Prompt idea to clarify your Q4 offer - fast:
If you’re stuck or spinning your wheels, copy/paste this prompt into ChatGPT (or AI platform of your choice):
**“Act as a product strategist. I’m a [coach/consultant/expert] and I want to launch a [course/membership/coaching offer] before the end of this year.
Ask me only what’s essential to define:
my ideal customer (not a vague avatar — real language and behaviour)
the core problem I solve
the transformation or result I help people get
the simplest offer I can create fast (lean MVP)
a one-line offer description
3 marketing messages I can post this week
Do not overcomplicate. Keep it lean, clear, and doable.
Give me the shortest path to building and selling this before 2026.”**
This prompt strips it back and gets you moving.
No fluff - just strategy, offer, and a clear message.
Our Kajabi Life: Balloons, Bikers & Private Concerts

Last Friday we went out for a quick lunch.
A bit of sunshine and a couple of hours away from the laptop.
That was the plan.
What actually happened?
We ended up in the middle of a hot air balloon launch at our local bullring.
Followed by a Harley-Davidson meetup with a live band, full crowd, and biikers in full throttle.
Then the next day, on the patio of a tapas bar in Arcos de la Frontera, a world-class Spanish guitarist gave us a private concert.
Just Jules and I, and a handful of locals.
He usually plays Berlin and Barcelona, but that day he said, "I don't like crowds anymore, I just feel like playing for you."
You really couldn't make it up.
That’s the thing about building a business like this.
You can’t plan those moments, but you can give them space to happen.
Most people build businesses that take up all their time with every hour accounted for and every step planned.
For many, they've simply bought themselves another job
But Kajabi’s taught me something different.
When you keep things simple, when you build the right offers and set up solid automations, your business gives you space to think, play, and to say yes to a long lunch that turns into something unforgettable.
That’s the whole point.
You don’t need more funnels, you need more freedom.
And that comes from building offers that sell themselves, and don’t rely on you being constantly “on”.
So here’s the question:
Are you building a business that makes you feel alive?
Or just one that keeps you busy?
Food for thought.
It's a Kajabi life!
