Running a business is never a straight line.

Dec 14, 2025

No matter how long you’ve been doing this, coaching, creating, building something online, there are days when everything clicks.

And days when it doesn’t.

Some weeks you’re full of ideas and momentum.
Other weeks feel flat. Heavy. Uninspired.

That’s the part no one really talks about on LinkedIn or Instagram.

The launches that don’t land.
The offer that barely moves.
The weeks where your diary is empty, and not in a “nice bit of breathing space” way.

And honestly, that’s normal.

This is the business you chose.

One that gives you freedom, but also asks you to manage your own energy, motivation, and direction. There’s no manager checking in. No structure unless you build it.

Here’s what I’ve learned over time.

When things feel flat, it’s rarely the work itself.

It’s the clutter.

Too many ideas pulling you in different directions.
Too many tabs open.
Too many tools stitched together.
Too much noise in your head.

That’s why I always come back to the same thing. Simplify.

Strip it back to the essentials.
Focus on one clear offer.
Fix the systems so they support you instead of draining you.

When your business runs smoothly, your brain gets space. You stop firefighting and you start thinking clearly again.

Sometimes, that alone is enough to get your edge back.

But recently, I’ve noticed something else creeping in.

A lot of people are quietly questioning their worth.

With all the noise around AI and automation, it’s easy to lose confidence. To wonder if what you do still matters. If people still need you. If it’s even worth pushing forward.

Let me be clear. It is.

People don’t just want information.
They want clarity.
They want support.
They want someone who understands their situation and helps them move forward.

That’s the bit technology can’t replace.

A machine can answer a question. It can’t build trust. It can’t read the room. It can’t see the human behind the problem.

The world is changing fast. That’s true.

But sitting still and waiting to see how it all plays out will drain you quicker than anything else.

So this is what I’m saying to my coaching clients right now:

You are worthy. If you’re delivering real value, people need you more than ever.
You have to commit. Pick a direction, plant your flag, and trust yourself to adapt as you go.
And you don’t have to do it alone. Get the right tools, the right structure, and the right support behind you, then move forward again.

Not louder.
Not harder.
Just clearer.

That’s how you stay in the game.

Our Kajabi Life: 5 days until we move out...

Camper Van

And the contract on the new place still hasn’t been signed 🙈

Jules is in full-on stress mode, packing boxes like a woman possessed and muttering various Spanish obscenities under her breath.

Me? I’m just working through it. Bit by bit.

It’s not ideal — but it’s not the first time either.

After all, this is Spain.

Here’s the thing:
When you run your own business (or move your entire life to Spain) – uncertainty comes with the territory.

Stuff doesn’t always land when it’s supposed to.

  • Plans shift.
  • Timelines slip.
  • Things wobble.

And the only thing you really get to control is how you respond.

E+R=O (Event + Response = Outcome)

That comes with practice. (And maybe a bit of blind optimism.)

We’ve learned to trust the process.

And if all else fails . . . there’s always a motorhome.

See you on the other side.

Viva the Kajabi life.

Don't quit on the beach
Hey, it's Andy. Well, summer has landed down here in Spain, and landed hard. It's the kind of heat where even the cats won't move before six in the evening, and half my client calls have quietly turned into "Can we pick this up in September?" Fair enough. I'm not sure about you, but I rarely do my best work when it's pushing 40 degrees, and we all need a proper break. And that's why this week's...
Post when you can, not when you must
Hey, it's Andy. It's been one of those weeks. New clients onboarding, projects mid-flight, and life carrying on around all of it, the way life does. By Thursday, the day I'd usually sit down and write this, there was no chance. So I didn't. And I want to talk about why, because it sits right at the centre of how content actually works for a coaching business in 2026. Let's get into it... I do...
When 90% is Enough
Hey, it's Andy 👋 It's the end of the world as we know it. Well, not quite, but it's starting to feel like it as AI takes another giant leap for artificial kind. More on that below, and don't let the butterflies fool you. And if you've been sitting on an idea, course or membership that you just can't get launched, this edition is for you. Let's get into it. When 90% is Enough A new client made ...
