Now is the Best Time to Be on Kajabi

I’ll be honest, I was getting worried.

Kajabi has felt messy this last quarter. Confused leadership, strange choices, and a drop in confidence from some of the clients and coaches I speak to every week.

I wasn’t the only one asking, “What’s going on?”

But now, I’m genuinely fired up again.

Because the founders are back.

For me, it’s the same feeling I had back in 1997 when I was working with Apple, just as Steve Jobs returned.

That shift from drift to direction, you could feel the focus snap back into place almost overnight.

That’s exactly what I’m feeling with Kajabi now.

And as someone who builds on it every day, for myself and my clients, that confidence matters.

We Need to See Your Face (so do your clients)

There’s a growing shift in coaching, from faceless funnels to creator-driven brands.

People don’t just buy courses anymore.

  • They buy you
  • Your story
  • Your experience
  • Your energy

Whether you’re building a course, community or coaching programme, your face is your brand, and trust is built by showing up.

Our Kajabi Life: From E-Bikes to YouTube – What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

So - we’ve gone and done it.

We’ve launched a YouTube channel for our ONE LIFE brand.

It’s basically our side hustle with a funnel - helping people over 50 figure out what they want next, build a coaching business, and then scale it on Kajabi.

Sounds simple, right?

Until you realise we’re filming on e-bikes, beaches, and random bodegas around Cádiz, trying to remember what the hell we were meant to say while dodging passing scooters.

Let’s just say we’re so far out of our comfort zone we might as well be on Mars.

But we’re doing it anyway, because that’s exactly what we ask our clients to do.
