You Have to Celebrate the Wins 🏆
Friday is P.O.E.T.S. day when we go for lunch at Enrique's.
It's our time to reflect on the week's coaching challenges and wins.
Last week, 'La Florida' was heaving, and our host looked happier than a pig in the mucky stuff.
“¿qué pasa?” I asked him.
With a wink and a nose tap, he replied, “It’s wind.”
Too much information, but he continued, “The warm wind makes people more generous.”
Sure enough, after weeks of rain in Spain, the sun was out, and the till was ringing like a fire bell.
He told us the tips are more lucrative on days like these because everyone feels happier.
And he was a hombre feliz 😎
Here's the thing:
Enrique can be a right old misery guts on quiet days - but he sings when he's winning.
And this is a lesson we can all learn: We have to celebrate the wins.
There's no point knocking ourselves out 7 days a week if we can't enjoy the journey.
So what about you?
Are you embracing the wins? If not, you should be.
Because you didn't start your coaching business to buy yourself another job.

How to 3x your revenue with 1 simple addition
Enterprise Kajabi users are leaving money on the table with course completion rates averaging a dismal 3-5%.
This translates directly to lower renewal rates, decreased customer lifetime value, and fewer referrals.
The Solution: Adding Kajabi's Community feature to your existing courses can increase completion rates to 65-80%, boost renewal rates 3-4x, and improve upsell conversion by 2.5x.
For enterprise decision-makers, the business case is straightforward:
- 100 corporate learners at £500/seat = £50,000 programme.
- At a 5% completion rate, only 5 learners receive full value.
- With Community support increasing to a 70% completion rate, 70 learners receive full value.
- Result: 14x more successful outcomes from the same programme.
The Investment: You can implement a Community with as little as 1-2 hours per week of oversight, using a framework that scales with your resources and goals.
"That's the stupidest idea I've ever heard."
We've all been there...
Sitting on an idea, a skill, or years of experience, while that little voice in our head (or sometimes a louder voice across the table) tells us it's not worth sharing.
Let me tell you something from experience:
That "stupid idea" you're holding onto right now? It could be worth millions.
Not just in money, though that's pretty cool too, but in impact, lives changed, and dreams fulfilled.
You're probably thinking, "Yeah, but my thing isn't special enough."
Stop right there.
That's exactly what Alessia thought about teaching ballet online. "Nobody's going to learn ballet from their computer," she said.
Now, her online ballet school has generated over $1 million in revenue, changing countless lives by helping adults fulfil their childhood dreams of dancing.
And she did this all on Kajabi. There's no such thing as a stupid idea...
QUICK WIN: Turn your best content into a low-ticket offer
💡 If you’ve already created valuable content - blog posts, live training, or free resources - you don’t need to start from scratch to make a digital product.
Here’s how to turn it into a paid mini-course or digital download:
1️⃣ Pick your best-performing content
Look at what people engage with most (blog posts, emails, video clips, checklists).
2️⃣ Package it as a digital product
Create a PDF guide, swipe file, template, or mini-course inside Kajabi Products.
3️⃣ Sell it for £27-£97
This price range is perfect for impulse buyers and warming up your audience for bigger offers.
4️⃣ Add a 1-click upsell
Offer a VIP session or full course upgrade to increase revenue per sale.
5️⃣ Promote it everywhere
Add a CTA on your blog, emails, social media, and lead magnet thank-you pages.
🔥 Bonus Tip:
If you have a freebie that people love, turn it into a paid version with more depth (e.g., a free checklist → full guide with case studies).
This is a quick revenue win that also qualifies your best buyers for higher-priced offers. 🚀
The outsourced project that made me £120K
The biggest lightbulb moment of my business life was when I learned to outsource.
And this particular gem of a project earned me £120,000 . . . whilst I slept.
