Recording and AI Processing
Coaching sessions: We record sessions on Zoom for your benefit. These recordings are also processed by Fathom AI to create summaries and action points.
What happens to recordings:
- You receive copies of recordings and AI-generated summaries
- We keep recordings for our business records and quality purposes
- Recordings are stored securely and only accessed by our team
- We delete recordings after 2 years unless you request otherwise
AI processing: Fathom AI analyses recordings to create summaries. This happens automatically and helps us provide better follow-up support.
How We Share Information
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

- With service providers who help deliver our services (Zoom, Fathom, payment processors, email platforms)
