By going on the entire customer journey prior to launch, we modelled a marketing campaign that blew the revenue up by over 400%.

WHAT WE DID

BRAND DISCOVERY

We took extensive market research in the Brisbane area, looking at existing wellness studios, their clients and how we could make Bonfire an unbeatable experience.

Our founder Andy also went through the customer journey of Yoga, Chiropractic Care and Massage. This gave him a unique and unparalleled insight into the experience on offer.

BRAND IDENTITY

The client already had an idea for the brand identity. Working closely with the owners we developed the look and feel including the bold orange colour as the basis of the brand.

SIGNAGE AND INTERNAL DESIGN

Using the new brand identity, we developed the internal and external signage across all of the wellness sites. We implemented dramatic images across the walls of the treatment areas to change the feel from a clinic to more of a social setting.

MARKETING

With strict budgets and KPI's, we were tasked with all pre-launch marketing activity. Using press, radio, direct mail and social media, launch revenue exceeded over 400% of the target.
