This is based on 20+ years of business experience, and working with some of the most successful coaches in the world.
Step 1: Go back to the why.
Why are you doing this? What did you actually start this business for? Sometimes you get lost in the day to day and forget why you started. We go right back to that first.
Step 2: What needs to be in place to make it happen?
What is it going to cost, financially and in time, to make that why a reality? We get clear on that together so we know what we're working towards.
Step 3: How do we hit those targets?
How many clients do you need and what does the business need to look like? We map out exactly what needs to happen to get you there.
Step 4: Create a plan you can actually use.
A manageable, actionable, step by step plan that won't overwhelm you. Something you can finally get your head around.

How it works.
Every Seville Strategy starts in the same place: the end. Not "I want a better business" or "things aren't working."
We get right down to the heart of it.
What do you actually want? What does success look like, specifically, for you What's the life this business is supposed to be funding?
Day one: Clarity.
We start with the outcome you want and work backwards.
- What’s stopping it?
- Where are the real blocks?
- What’s a symptom and what’s the actual cause?
We take the whole thing apart and look at it properly, without the noise that usually gets in the way.
Day two: The plan.
This is where it gets built. A real, actionable plan with clear priorities and clear next steps. Not a document that sits in a folder.
You walk away knowing exactly what happens first, what happens next, and why.
All of the sessions are focused and structured. But it’s often in the relaxed moments over lunch or dinner that the most honest conversations and the biggest breakthroughs happen.
Six follow-up calls so the plan doesn’t gather dust.
After the two days, you have six one-to-one calls with Andy over the following three months - once every two weeks. We review progress, remove any blockers, and keep the momentum going, because the best plan in the world is only as good as the execution.

Yes. I’m a Verified Kajabi Expert, which means Kajabi has vetted my experience and past client work.
What’s the fastest way to increase sales without rebuilding everything?
Usually it’s tightening the offer, fixing the main sales page flow, and improving follow-up. Most Kajabi sites do not have a clear next step, so leads go cold.
Do you work with solo coaches, or only bigger training companies?
Both. The approach is the same, build a simple system that turns traffic into enquiries and enquiries into sales. The build just scales up for teams.
I already have a Kajabi site. Can you improve what’s there instead of starting again?
Yes. Most work is optimisation, fixing funnel leaks, cleaning up messaging, improving checkout flow, and setting up tagging and automations so you can see what’s working.
How long does it take, and what will I get at the end?
