- Step 1: Free call. We talk. You tell me where you are and what you’re trying to build or fix. I tell you honestly what I think you need. No pitch. No commitment.
- Step 2: Scope and plan. If there’s a fit, I put together a clear scope of what needs doing, in what order, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you’re happy with the plan.
- Step 3: Strategy first. Before anything gets built, we nail the strategy. Offer, audience, customer journey, messaging. The build follows from that, not the other way around.
- Step 4: Build and test. We build it, test everything, and QA the whole setup before it goes live. No surprises on launch night.
- Step 5: Handover and support. You get a full walkthrough of everything we’ve built. Thirty days post-launch support included. And if you want to keep me in your corner after that, we can talk about an ongoing partnership.

Is Kajabi the right platform for me?
It is for most coaching businesses at the scale I work with. It handles courses, memberships, email, funnels, and websites in one place, which means less tech to manage and fewer things that can break. But if your situation calls for something different, I’ll tell you that before we start. I’m not here to sell you a platform.
I had someone build my Kajabi and it’s a mess. Can you fix it without starting again?
Usually yes. A full rebuild is rarely what’s needed. Most of the time it’s untangling specific things: broken automations, a funnel that isn’t converting, an offer page that’s losing people. We start by diagnosing what’s actually wrong, not by assuming everything needs to go.
How long does a build take?
A focused strategy session can give you a clear plan in a day. A full Kajabi build runs over several weeks depending on scope. We agree the timeline before anything starts and we stick to it.
Do I need to know anything about Kajabi before we start?
No. Some clients know it well. Others have never logged in. Either way, we meet you where you are. By the end of the project you’ll know how to run the day-to-day yourself, or we can stay involved to handle that for you.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope. A strategy session starts from $245. A full build starts from $5,500. We agree everything upfront. No surprises, no scope creep.
