THE COACH'S PATH

You're building a business that's supposed to give you a life. Build the right one.

For coaches, course creators and experts who have something worth paying for, and no route to the people who need it.

Launches 1st Oct 2026. Join the waiting list:

You're probably here for one of three reasons

You've built it.

The course exists. The site's been live for a year. And most of what comes back through it is silence.

You've spent the money.

Lead magnets, ads, a consultant who took the fee and disappeared. A website and course platform subscription you've been paying for years, and done nothing with.

You haven't launched yet.

You've watched people spend two years and ten grand to end up exactly where they started. You're determined not to do that. But you don't have a map either.

Different stage. Same question.Am I building the right thing?

Here's what I see, over and over, inside real businesses.

Someone with a course that would genuinely change a life, and a landing page nobody can understand.

Someone paying for a platform they haven't opened in four years, because they never worked out where to start.

Someone producing brilliant work at a rate most people couldn't match, and converting almost none of it, because the copy speaks their language instead of the buyer's.

None of those people have a quality problem. Every one of them has the same problem:

There was never a path between the work and the people who need it.

The reason a coaching business doesn't grow is almost never the ad, the funnel, or the platform.

It's that nobody did the thinking first:

Who is this actually for, in the customer words rather than yours.

What do they genuinely want, once you strip away the version they say out loud.

What's the shortest possible route between those two things.

And how does any of it fit around the life you're supposed to be building at the same time.

Get that wrong and every tactic downstream is a coin flip. Get it right and the tactics become obvious.

Four steps.
The order is what makes it work.

P. Problem

Who you're actually for, and what keeps them awake. Not your description of it. Theirs. Miss this step, and you're building on sand.

A. Aspiration

What they genuinely want, three layers below what they told you. And what you want, which almost nobody stops to question.

T. Transformation

The shortest bridge between the two. This is where the course, the offer and the build live. They only work because the first two stages did the thinking.

H. Habits

What keeps it going after the launch energy runs out. Visibility, consistency, and the quiet work that compounds to a business you don't need a holiday from

Most people start at T.
That's why most people get stuck.

I've seen behind the curtain of a lot of these businesses.

I'm Andy Brown. Verified Kajabi Expert, twenty years in business strategy and marketing before I ever touched the platform.

I've worked inside coaching and course businesses from startup through seven figures. Their systems, their numbers, their messaging, their sales calls.

Which means I've witnessed what works.

And more usefully, I've seen what breaks, where, and how often. Not in theory, in the back end of real businesses run by people, most of whom had already spent years and a lot of money before we sat down together.

The Coach's PATH is the solution. The parts that reliably produce a business that funds a life, with a business you don't need a holiday from.

What's inside.

A course built on four modules, sixteen lessons. It's built deliberately short enough to give you only what you need to build a successful business.

  • Module 1. Problem Who you're for. The language they use. What they say to themselves at three in the morning, and how to write to it.

  • Module 2. Aspiration What success actually looks like for them. And the harder question, what it actually looks like for you.

  • Module 3. Transformation Where the build lives. The shortest bridge between their problem and your solution, designed around the life you've defined rather than squeezed in afterwards.

  • Module 4. Habits What keeps it running. Visibility, consistency, and the reason most people quit at month three.

Plus

Ninety days inside The Coach's PATH community, with other coaches and course creators at the same point.

Weekly workshops on the tactical layer, like; Content without burn out. Getting found in search. Pricing to outcome rather than hours.

And me, showing up. Not a content library you log into once and abandon. A clear path guided by someone who's walked it a hundred times.

Choose to stay in the Community after the 90 days.

I've sat on a lot of calls with people at exactly your stage. This is what they say, almost word for word...

  • I have no idea what to charge, so I guessed. And I think I guessed low.

  • I paid someone who looked like they knew what they were doing. They didn't.

  • I've got followers. Almost none of them buy anything.

  • People land on my page and leave. I don't know why.

  • They sign up, and then I've got no idea what to send them.

  • I've put money into ads and got nothing back.

  • I don't want to spend a year building something nobody wants.

  • It only works when I'm in the room, and I can't be in the room forever.

Every week you get to join me on a live session.

You bring the problem you've got right now, and we work it out together. The recordings build into a searchable library that keeps growing.

Most of these take ten minutes to fix when someone's seen them a hundred times before.

Who this is built for

  • Course creators with content already built that's sitting doing nothing.
  • Coaches running one to one or group programmes online.
  • Experts who want to launch a course or membership and want to do it once, properly.
  • Service providers who've outgrown trading hours for money and need a way out.

If you want a business that funds the life you actually want, and you refuse to make it up as you go, this was built for you.

Who it isn't for

  • Anyone looking for a quick fix without doing the work.
  • Anyone who thinks the platform is the answer (or the problem).
  • Anyone who wants to skip the thinking and go straight to the tactics.

Founding members.

The Coach's PATH opens on 1st October 2026.

Everyone on the waitlist gets first access before it goes public, and a founding rate that won't be offered again once the first group is in.

I'm keeping the first group small, because I'll be in there every week and I'd rather that mean something.

No card, no commitment, nothing to cancel. Just your email, and you'll have the opportunity to be first through the door.

Join the waitlist

Opens 31st October 2026.

You'll hear before anyone else, with the founding rate attached.

I built this because there are too many good people out there whose work never reaches the people who need it. Not because it isn't good enough. Because nobody built them a path.

FAQ

A few questions we hear a lot.

Am I paying anything now?

No. There's nothing to pay and no card to enter. You're putting your name down so you hear first when it opens on 1st October.

What does the founding rate actually mean?

The first group pays less than everyone who comes after, and that price won't be repeated. I'm keeping the group small because I'll be in there every week and I want that to mean something. You'll get the exact number before doors open, with no obligation to take it.

I haven't started yet. Or I'm already running. Is this still for me?

Both, and that's deliberate. Whether you've got a site that's gone quiet, a course sitting there with no sales, or nothing built yet at all, the problem underneath is the same one. There's no proven route between what you do and the people who need it. That's what this fixes, wherever you're standing right now.

How much time does this take?

The lessons are short and there aren't many of them. That's on purpose. What takes the time is the work between them, and that's the part that actually changes anything. Reckon on a couple of hours a week, plus one live session if you can make it.
