Why a Two-Day Intensive in Seville Beats Another Online Course

I had a call a few months ago with a guy called Mike.

A senior director in his late forties, good salary and a corner office in spirit if not in fact.

On paper, everything was fine. In reality, he was done. Not dramatically done, not in crisis - just quietly, completely done with it all.

I'm running a two-day intensive in Seville for Creators this year.

Those conversations will be as valuable as anything we do in the room, because that's when the real questions come out. That's when people say what they're actually worried about, not what they put in the briefing form.
