Why a Two-Day Intensive in Seville Beats Another Online Course

I had a call a few months ago with a guy called Mike.

A senior director in his late forties, good salary and a corner office in spirit if not in fact.

On paper, everything was fine. In reality, he was done. Not dramatically done, not in crisis - just quietly, completely done with it all.

He'd been thinking about starting a coaching business for two years. He knew his field and he had something to offer. He just didn't know where to start, and every time he looked into it, someone was trying to sell him another course. Modules, lessons, workbooks, frameworks. All of it sat behind a payment page and a promise that on the other side was clarity.

He'd bought two of them.

He'd finished neither.

Sound familiar?

Mike isn't unusual. I've had versions of that conversation more times than I can count.

Intelligent, experienced people, most of them in their forties or fifties, who have built real careers and real expertise, and who are now looking at the second half of their working lives thinking: there has to be a better way to use what I know.

They're right. There is. But it's not another course.

What's Actually Missing

Here's what I've noticed about the people I work with at this stage of their lives.

They don't lack knowledge or the experience to coach. What they lack is the structure to package it, the clarity to position it, and someone who has actually done it to help them see the path.

Not in theory, not in a slide deck - in real conversation, working through their specific situation, with someone who's been where they want to go.

That's a different thing entirely.

I moved to Spain five years ago. We packed up, busted Jules out of a corporate job that was grinding her down, and built a business we could run from anywhere.

We didn't know anyone who'd done it in quite the same way, and there were moments where having someone sit across from us and say "here's what you do next" would have been worth an enormous amount.

That's what I'm building.

The Seville Intensive

I'm running a two-day intensive in Seville for Creators this year.

The brief is simple: you come here, we work together on building your coaching business from the ground up. Where you are now, where you want to go, and the specific steps to get there. We build your offer. We get clear on who you're for and what you're solving. We map out how Kajabi fits into that. And by the time you leave, you have a real plan, not a to-do list.

Why Seville?

Because getting out of your environment matters more than most people think.

When you're sitting at the same desk, in the same house, in the same routine, it's very hard to think differently about your working life. You're surrounded by evidence of the life you're trying to change.

Seville is the opposite of that. When we're not working, I'll show you around. We'll have lunch. We'll have dinner. Those conversations will be as valuable as anything we do in the room, because that's when the real questions come out. That's when people say what they're actually worried about, not what they put in the briefing form.

Two days in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, getting complete clarity on your next chapter, with someone who has built exactly the kind of business you're trying to build.

Put that next to forty hours of pre-recorded content and a Facebook group you'll check twice.

Who This Is For

The people this is for are pretty specific.

You're in your forties or fifties. You're in corporate life, either still in it and planning your exit, or on the near side of it, looking at early retirement and thinking about what comes next.

You have genuine expertise. You've been around long enough to know what you're good at and who you can help.

What you need is the structure around it and someone who can fast-track the learning curve you'd otherwise spend a year navigating on your own.

You also need to be serious. This isn't for people who are still deciding whether they want to do this. It's for people who know they want to do this and want to do it properly, without wasting the next eighteen months figuring it out piece by piece.

If that's you, there's an optional third day where we go from strategy into implementation. We set up the foundations in Kajabi: your community, your landing page, the basic structure. You don't leave with a plan. You leave with something live.

What Happens Next
