How it works.
It's £900 per month.
A minimum of 3 months to begin with, because meaningful growth takes more than a few weeks to show up.
You get 10 hours of my time every month (my normal hourly rate is £190).
Use it however makes sense. Up to 4 calls booked through my calendar, or email when that's faster. Between us we figure out where you are, where you need to go, and what's actually going to move the dial.
Every month covers:
- Growth strategy and prioritisation
- Funnel strategy, optimisation and tactical implementation within your monthly hours allocation
- Measurement and iteration
- Cutting the activities that feel productive but aren't

FAQ
Quick answers before you book a call.
Is this just for Kajabi users?
Not at all. The partnership is about growing your coaching or consulting business. If you're on Kajabi, great, I know the platform inside out. But the strategy work applies whatever tools you're using.
What if I don't use all 10 hours in a month?
They don't roll over, but in practice most partners find 10 hours goes quickly once we're in the flow. If a month is quieter, that's fine. The value is in the consistency of having a strategic brain on your business every month, not in clocking every hour.
How quickly can we get started?
Once the agreement is signed and your first payment is processed, you book your kickoff call and we're off. Most partners are up and running within a week.
What if it's not working for me after 3 months?
Give me one month's written notice and we wrap it up cleanly. No awkward conversations, no small print. The 3 month minimum is there because meaningful growth takes more than a few weeks to show up. If you've given it 3 months and it's not working, we can re-assess, or you can choose to stop.
Can I upgrade to more hours if I need them?
Yes. If we're in a heavy build or strategy phase and you need more time, we can agree additional hours on top of the monthly allocation. Those are quoted and agreed before we start.
How is this different from hiring a business coach?
A coach typically works on your mindset, your habits, your confidence. That's valuable work. This is different. I'm in your business with you, focused on growth strategy, funnels, measurement and making the right things happen. Less talking about it, more doing it.
